“Get to the Root” Tiered Package Options

The Get to the Root Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive evaluation, plan, and commitment to help dial in the root causes and foundations that need addressing at a deeper level. This program is for serious patients who are looking for accountability and commitment towards transforming their health.

Tier One: Foundations

(For General & Foundational Health Optimization)

This 6-month program is designed for patients who want to address underlying imbalances, build strong health foundations, and create lasting change. It is ideal for those dealing with digestive concerns, hormone imbalances, fatigue, inflammation, or early signs of chronic issues — but who do not require the intensity of a complex chronic illness program.

We focus on identifying root causes, creating a personalized plan, and supporting you through consistent follow-up visits and direct access to Dr. Schimmer between appointments.

• One (1) Initial 120-minute comprehensive consultation with Dr. Schimmer: This will include chart review of your past relevant labs and notes and ordering any labs Dr. Schimmer deems appropriate.

• Five (5) 60-minute follow-up consultations with Dr. Schimmer (in-person or via telemedicine)

• Specialty Testing
  Includes two (2) functional medicine test kits selected in collaboration with Dr. Schimmer to best support your goals. Examples include:

  • Hormone and adrenal panels

  • Comprehensive stool and gut microbiome analysis

  • Food sensitivity testing

  • Environmental exposure testing (Does not include Tick Borne panel)

• Direct messaging support with Dr. Schimmer via the ChARM patient portal for quick questions or clarifications between appointments (response during business hours only and not for urgent questions or long messages)

• 15% Discount on all Supplements purchased through the Dr. Schimmer FullScript online supplement dispensary during the 1-Year term of the Program

• Your Program also includes Dr. Schimmer’s additional work outside of 1:1 patient time. This may include: ordering labs, reviewing pertinent previous labs and records, research time needed to work up plans, and connecting you to other resources.

Program Investment

Pay in Full: $3,000 (Save $500)

6-Month Payment Plan:

• Initial payment: $750

• 5 monthly payments of $550 (Total $3,500)

Tier Two: Complex Case Program

(For Chronic & Multi-System Illnesses such as Lyme Disease, Mold Toxicity, Autoimmunity, etc.)

This 12-month, high-touch program is designed for patients navigating long-standing, complex health challenges that require deeper investigation, advanced testing, and ongoing, closely monitored care. If you are dealing with chronic infections, environmental toxicity, autoimmunity, or multi-system dysfunction, this program provides the structure, accountability, and expert partnership needed to move forward.

Unlike standard care models, this program offers monthly visits, expanded specialty testing, and dedicated time for Dr. Schimmer’s behind-the-scenes work—critical for unraveling complex cases and creating a truly individualized plan.

• Advanced Specialty Testing Budget ($1,500–$3,000 value)
  Testing will be customized based on your case, but may include:

  • Tick-borne illness testing (Lyme, Bartonella, Babesia, etc.)

  • Mycotoxin/mold exposure panels

  • Environmental toxin screens (heavy metals, chemical exposures)

  • Comprehensive stool & gut microbiome testing

  • Advanced hormone & adrenal assessments

  • Chronic viral reactivation panels

  Testing costs are included in your program fee and selected in collaboration with you.
